Sushi Trays

Enjoy the highest quality sushi, beautifully presented on trays for your next special event. Each tray consists of 5 sushi rolls cut into a total of 50 pieces per platter. Sushi trays are professionally prepared and garnished with shredded daikon, carrot and lemon slices. The prepared black trays include soy sauce, wasabi, ginger, chopsticks, black plates and napkins. Additional garnishment and sauces for special rolls will also be included. Nigiri sushi and sashimi like tuna, albacore, octopus, yellowtail, shrimp and eel can be substituted for sushi rolls for the sushi trays.

A. Basic Sushi Roll Tray

The basic sushi roll tray consists of the 5 most popular sushi rolls to satisfy each of your guest’s tastes. Each platter includes a California roll, Philadelphia roll, spicy tuna roll, shrimp special roll and vegetarian special roll. Some substitutions may be available. 3 tray minimum.

B. Custom Sushi Roll Tray

Create your custom sushi tray by choosing 5 rolls per tray from our extensive sushi menu, including the super special Live Sushi Bistro rolls. 3 platter minimum.

Sushi at Your Event Site:

For your next special event, delicious sushi can be prepared and presented at your location with several available options. We will work with you to customize the menu to include your preferences of basic rolls, special rolls, nigiri, sashimi or any combination.

A. Sushi Prepared:

Beautiful and delicious sushi can be prepared at our facility just prior to your event. The sushi will be prepared, cut and readied for transport to maintain quality. With this option, you can present and serve the sushi at your event when you desire.

B. Sushi Prepared with Service:

With this option, delicious sushi will be prepared at our facility just prior to your event and will be delivered to you accompanied by one or more of our professional sushi chefs. Upon arrival, the sushi will be cut, presented and served to your guests. Onsite sushi chef for presentation. Sushi chef fee does not include food costs.

C. Sushi Bar Set Up:

For the ultimate in sushi presentation, we can set up a sushi bar at your location. One or more of our chefs will prepare delicious sushi at your event and serve your guests. Sushi bar set up includes sushi bar, sushi display case and all other related necessities. Onsite sushi chef for preparation. Sushi chef fee does not include food costs.

Sushi Prices:

Live Sushi Bistro offers a complete menu of all types of sushi rolls, nigiri sushi, hand rolls, sashimi and more. Please request our menu for specific sushi prices.

**A 10% service fee will be added to the total sushi catering cost. This fee includes CA sales tax, fuel surcharge, complete serving ware, condiments and full service. This fee does not include transportation outside San Francisco.
